Calming techniques.

Being able to gracefully handle situations and having more patience with others is something I have been personally working on. Anyone can become a “Calm Person”, it’s really just training yourself in how to be one. Coming up with the right habits and putting them into practice, is my first step!

It is Doable

So how?

Here is mine

  • Don’t let the small things bother you
  • Try to understand the other person first
  • Acknowledge and accept your emotions
  • Meditate

There are also a few things that you can physically do, such as taking a Yoga Class or a painting class. I have found that both activities have helped me a lot! Both classes are very relaxing, and you leave the class feeling so stress free, I would highly recommend it.

Here are a few other ideas that you can try:

I am a huge fan of aromatherapy and have taken a few classes myself, just because I am really into what or which oils can do “what” for you?! The Saje store is my favorite!, they have so many options and there diffusers are amazing.

The Little Book of self-care, I purchased from a clothing store. This little book is amazing!! It has a lot of options that you can do, to make you either calm, relaxed, stress-free and overall just to take care of yourself in general.

Applications? Yes. There are so many apps that you can download from you phone that have “breathing sessions” & others that have 5 min, 10 min, 20 mins, that will play calming music to make you feel awesome!

Overall, I have noticed that I have become a person who doesn’t easily gets upset or angry. I have shared my top tips in how to do so & I really hope this is helpful to some of you!
